Next, you will need to choose what services and features you would like to purchase for your new 501(c)(4), (5), (6) or Other Foundation. Your are REQUIRED to choose a formation package before you can continue with the application process. In addition to the formation packages we also offer several additional services which are, or course, optional. Make your selections and the press the "next" button to advance to the next step of the application process. You will have another chance to modify your selections at the end of the application process.

Complete Tax Exempt Package: Our package includes the formation of the non profit corporation, including all filing fees, Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, EIN number and minutes. Also included is the the preparation of Form 1023, Form 872-C, Form 8718 and any other related forms or schedules for 501(c)(3) application. This fee does not include the filing fee for the IRS which is either $300 or $750 depending on the gross receipts of the organization. This fee does include our representation of the organization throughout the entire process until approval. For extra $150 we file form FTB 3500 which includes the fling fee for California tax exemption

*Please keep in mind that the pricing listed may be increased if your organization is particularly difficult or sophisticated. Schools, child care organizations, hospitals and medical research organizations would be examples of organizations which might fit into this category. Of course, no work or charges will be owed or due until terms and conditions are agreed if our pricing is to be increased.
