Top Notch Attorney

Beverly Hills-based boutique law firm seeks top notch attorney (with 3+ years experience) to contribute to this growing, unique law practice whose clients are involved in the arenas of non profit, retail, real estate, fashion and entertainment. 

Candidate must possess working knowledge of basic corporate and trademark law. Research skills should be impeccable.  Candidate must be a proven performer who can meet tight deadlines and provide clients with high quality work product and legal advice.

Responsibilities will be in the areas of  corporate filings, registrations, and other filings with the California Secretary of State, IRS, FTB, and USPTO, including preparing and filing Articles of Incorporations, trademark registrations, Forms 1023, bylaws, operating agreements, replies to office actions, statements of use, replies to oppositions, renewals, etc. Candidate will be expected to handle matters such as court appearances and dealing with formation registrations and 501c3 registrations with the IRS.

Starting salary is $60,000 with eligibility for annual financial incentives after one continuous year of employment.  Incentives will be based on performance, client satisfaction and firm profitability.
